General

Can you explain the service in more detail?

Imagine subscribing to an email service, where you receive a daily email summary for each list of stocks you make. It includes your daily winners/losers, a profit/loss summary, and a summary of prioritized content for the day. Behind the scenes, our servers identify, aggregate and rank content from over 200 sources to include only the most valuable content.

Can my daily updates be shared?

We encourage it. If you want to automatically forward/distribute the daily summaries to multiple receivers, we offer this as a feature on our Pro plan.

What improvements are in your pipeline?

We are constantly working on improving the service and our list of features is long. Major features include integration with popular brokerages. Better mobile experience, building an IOS and Android app. Deeper social media integration and even more advanced forms of content.

Membership

I’m not receiving the daily summary email?

We send your daily summary email every Monday to Saturday around 6am EST. Check your spam and promotions folders to see if the email is there. If so, mark it as safe.

Add us to your email contacts list. The easiest way is to get and import our virtual business card. If you prefer to do it manually, open your email app and simply add a new contact with the email updates@stockhawk.io. Let us know if you’re still having trouble by messaging us at help@stockhawk.io.

If you missed your daily summary, you can always find it in the members dashboard.

Can I cancel at any time?

Of course. It's completely automated. Just sign in, go to your Account Settings, and click Delete Account. We'll permanently delete your details. If subscribed, you'll not be billed for anything after that.

What kinds of payment do you accept?

Accept all major debit and credit cards from customers in every country. For your safety, we only use a regulated payment vendor. We currently use Stripe to process recurring payments. Card availability is determined by our vendors.

Will I need to enter my credit card to sign up?

No. You can sign-up and use our free tier forever. No credit card is required at any point.

How does the free tier and trial work?

Your first five stocks are free forever. You also automatically start with a free 2-week trial of our paid tier. When the trial ends, you'll continue to get updates on the free tier.

What happens if I don't renew my subscription?

The content in your daily summaries will be limited to our free tier. We will not delete your watchlists. You may delete them or delete your account at any time.
